Join us at Stronghold Historical Combat for a night at the Elfsong Tavern to gather, indulge, and train like one of your favorite companions, all while celebrating the release of our favorite vampire rogue’s prequel story, Astarion. Whether you’re a longtime Baldur’s Gate fan or fresh to the world of the Forgotten Realms, we warmly invite all of our local fantasy community to attend.
The evening will begin with a tavern social hour featuring themed bites and drinks, which can be enjoyed as you browse handcrafted goods provided by ReRoll Crafts and Wingfield Made. Take a break and rest your feet by participating in our Roll for Tav activity to create a fully randomized Tav you can bring to life on your next game playthrough. After the festivities, you’ll transition into a guided, beginner-friendly combat experience, where our all-female instructors will introduce you to the fundamentals of weapon-based movement and technique inspired by the companions of Baldur’s Gate 3.
No prior experience is needed. This portion is designed to be approachable and engaging for all guests. All equipment is provided. Costumes are highly encouraged! Come dressed as your in-game Tav, your favorite companion, or a character of your own creation. Just be sure to wear safe, comfortable shoes for the training portion of the evening.
Space is limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience.
